We understand that emergencies happen. If you need to cancel or push out your appointment, our policy is that you let us know 48 hours prior when your appointment reminder is sent out. When we have ample notice, we can communicate openings with other clients who are waiting for an appointment. If the booking was made on the same day, notify us at least 3 hours prior. Cancellations that break these rules will incur:
1. 20% rescheduling fee for less than 48 hours notice -OR-
2. 100% charge for less than 24 hours notice.

If you do not show up for your appointment, our policy is that you will be charged in full. Moreover, booking your next visit will require paying a non-refundable deposit worth 25% of the service you want to book. Two or more missed appointments equal being fired from our day spa.
To respect the time of our clients and our staff, we ask that you arrive on time or in specified cases, early for your appointment to ensure you have the best possible experience. Clients arriving late will sacrifice the quality and certain steps of a treatment but will not receive any discount for our staff not being able to provide the full service. If arriving too late, our policy is that you may be considered a no-show and be charged for the missed appointment if we are unable to accommodate you.
If your service provider is running late, we will do our best to notify you in advance and you will still receive your full service time. If this will not accommodate your schedule, please do not hesitate to communicate this with us and we will find a suitable solution for you.
Our employees reserve the right to refuse service to any client. We have a zero-tolerance policy for sexual inappropriateness. Any comment or action that makes an employee uncomfortable will result in immediate termination of the service and full payment for the time. Management will also ban the perpetrator from the establishment and if it is the employee’s wish, will call law enforcement.
Your satisfaction is our highest priority. If you are not completely content with your day spa experience, please let us know during your treatment or within 24 hours after your service has been performed. We are committed to making any needed corrections.
For a safer environment, it is preferred that kids stay home. But we understand that sometimes you must bring them with you to your appointment. For everyone's safety, children must stay seated if they are old enough or remain in their stroller/carrier. If there are relaxing treatments in progress, we ask that you help us maintain a peaceful atmosphere and provide them with an activity or headphones if they are using an iPhone so that all our clients can enjoy their day spa escape.
